Lazar Rajan is a distinguished social worker, development consultant, author, trainer, and NGO strategist from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. He serves as the Tamil Nadu State Director of the International Social Development Organisation (ISDO). With over 16 years of experience, he has worked in training, community development, and youth empowerment. His work has positively impacted 800+ clients, 7,000+ students, and 32 NGOs across Tamil Nadu. He is the author of *Life Skill Guide* and Founder of Finglab Concept School and ISDO Skill Hub. He received the Best Social Worker Award from the District Government of Coimbatore for his service to youth and children.
